Dr. Mythili is many things, though by profession she is an assistant professor working at the College of Banking and Financial Studies in Muscat, where she has led modules in strategic management, international business and organizational behavior since 2017. She holds a PhD in strategic management from Andhra University and is a certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP). While being directly involved in teaching, mentoring and consulting across the Middle East, Asia and North America for the last 23 years, she is well-versed in human behavior, motivation, leadership and business management.
